This garden was created in summer 2008 and represents an oasis of edible plants, wild fruits, wild herbs, old-fashioned vegetables, cultivated herbs and edible plants grown in water. The seeds are sown and plants are planted organically and also harvested and stored with care. There are wild animals to be seen and a selection of books to browse through or buy.
