Gut Aiderbichl is a meeting point for human beings and animals. It is an animal sanctuary for old, neglected, worn-out or sick animals, which was started in the year 2000 by Michael Aufhauser, an unequalled success with all its barns and outhouses, at present offering homes for around 2000 animals.

The Trumer Bier Welt is a highlight in the Salzburg Lake District, explaining to people the culture of beer and beer-drinking. The Trumer brewery has several facets. It is possible to visit the brewery, to celebrate a party in an old beer cellar and also to partake in brewing beer yourself.

The Käsewelt is a show dairy, a mixture of information, entertainment, and fun. A personal guided tour explains the working process from milk to cheese. In a part of the dairy a room has been fitted out like a mountain hut, where guests can have a try making cheese themselves.

The story of the origin, the history of the times and the spreading of the famous Christmas Carol, „Silent Night, Holy Night“ can be found in this museum. There are often special exhibitions held there, too. Guided tours for groups on request.

Over 300 porcelain dolls in various costumes are on show. They have all been made by hand using the best of materials and representing different themes and eras.
