Obertrumer See

The Obertrumersee is the largest of the three Trumer lakes with an area of 4,9 sq.km.

The Trumer lakes are all joined. The Mattig river flows from the south end to the north end of the Obertrumersee, then through the Grabensee. The Mattsee is connected by a small canal.

The Obertrumersee has crystal-clear water. Lakeside beaches are situated in Seeham and Obertrum, each beach catering for families with children  and there is sufficient parking space, even in the high- season.

Whether you have your children with you, are on holiday with  partner only or alone with a good book, you will enjoy all the lake has to offer!

During the low–season, when the area is quieter and the hustle and bustle of summer is over, there are still enough positive things to do,  - walking, cycling, pilgrimage trails to follow and  cultural events.

Guests will find something of interest even in autumn.
