Hay milk pioneer for 5 generations - The WOERLE story<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For 135 years, we at WOERLE have been combining a love of cheese with values that have been preserved over generations. It is the story of a vision that needs courage, passion and respect to become reality, now as then. In 1889, Johan Baptist Woerle and his wife Marie laid the foundation stone in Salzburg's Flachgau region for a company that today stands for quality worldwide. Their first Emmentaler recipe became the symbol of cheese craftsmanship for the beginning of our success story, which is still alive today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WOERLE cheese is an ambassador of enjoyment. Made from the best hay milk, our cheese specialities combine the flavours of the meadows of the Salzburger Flachgau.
