The Literaturhaus is an open house of encounter - a place where readings, seminars, workshops, children's and youth programmes take place; a house that encourages conversations and discussions and invites you to linger.

Tiefsteinklamm
The wild and romantic Tiefsteinklamm gorge can be reached on foot from Schleedorf within 20 minutes. The stream winds its way deep through the conglomerate rock and flows into an impressive waterfall. Old legends say that legendary figures live in the numerous caves. The most famous are certainly the three wild women, two of whom tried to cheat their blind sister out of her inheritance.

Always on the 2nd Sunday in September from 10:30 a.m., the Berndorf horse-drawn carriage gala takes place as part of a village festival. Franz Xaver Gruber
Around 1440, the present parish church and the Anna chapel were built in late Gothic style. In 1684, the tower was given the baroque onion-shaped helmet that is still characteristic today. It is the only church tower in Salzburg's Flachgau region whose spire is not adorned with a cross, but with a 2 m tall radiant Madonna.

Berndorf Pilgrimage Station
In the course of the redesign of the "old village square", the municipality of Berndorf installed a VIA NOVA fountain in front of the Neuwirt inn in autumn 2013. This fountain on the European pilgrimage route VIA NOVA is a sign that the municipality of Berndorf is also located on this pilgrimage route and is part of this pilgrimage route community.
