Customs & values
The Mattseer Advent market is all about meaning and values in the run-up to Christmas. Because especially in challenging times, we want to emphasise togetherness. Reference is made to the origins of Christmas. The focus is on preserving traditions, family, community spirit and charity. Visitors can therefore find out about numerous social projects, such as the Flachgau food bank and the „Youth in Technology“ project with interactive engraving work, as well as MakeMe Smile as an initiative for vulnerable children in Africa to promote schooling and vocational training.
Please enquire about the commercial dates (7 to 8 December, 14 to 15 December and 21 to 22 December).
