Winter solstice celebration
with a "Rauhnachtstreiben" and fire show

To the Winter solstice at Sunday, 21.12.2025 traditions and customs enliven the longest night of the year: various Perchten & legendary figures of the Wallersee Perchten as well as from neighbouring clubs around the warming winter solstice fire at the Seekirchen lido!

  • Slow train shuttle from 15:45 (first journey from Faberhaus car park)
  • The celebration will end with a mystical fire show opened by Drumsonfire from 6 pm. 
  • Then the Torchlight procession of the Perchten at approx. 18:30. 
  • Afterwards, the Perchten stage interesting anecdotes from the world of Perchten!

Note: Contingent is limited - be quick!

For warming Drinks and culinary Delicacy is provided from 4 pm at the catering tents.

Arrival:

  • Parking: Two free car parks are available at the Seekirchen lido.
  • Info: As experience has shown that the car parks are quickly overcrowded at this event, we recommend travelling by public transport:
  • Slow train shuttle from 15:45: Free travel from the city centre (Faber car park) with the slow train possible!
  • Public transport:
    • From Salzburg main station: Take the S2, R, REX or bus 131 to Seekirchen/Wallersee station, then approx. 12 minutes (1.1 km) on foot.
    • From Neumarkt: Take the S2, R or REX to Seekirchen/Wallersee station, then approx. 12 minutes (1.1 km) on foot.
    • The exact departure times can be found in the ÖBB Scotty app.
