On the ridge between Hochgitzen and Haunsberg there are several small lakes, among them the Luginger and the Ragginger Lake.

This excursion destination in the landscape conservation area is popular with cyclists and invites you to take long walks. The view is enchanting - you look far across Salzburg Seenland towards the Alps. 

The hike starts in Elixhausen at the northern entrance between the Jet petrol station and Restaurant Felix. Follow Voggenbergstraße to the left in the direction of Berge and then turn right into Windigbergstraße. The route leads over the Weichenberg, on to the Ehrengraben and then to the Ragginger See lake.

Car park: in the centre of Elixhausen
Directions: Approx. 3 km, walking time approx. 50 minutes, starting point at the northern entrance between the Jet petrol station and the Felix restaurant, freely accessible at all times, not suitable for prams.
Refreshment stop: Restaurant Felix
