SUP Code of Conduct

– General awareness and „anticipatory paddling“ are extremely important.
– It is essential to ensure that you always give way to and keep a safe distance from all other waterway users.
– Rowers and kayakers generally have right of way.
– KEEP TO THE RIGHT! When two paddlers are heading towards each other, the same rule applies as in kayaking and canoeing: both must give way to the right.
– Follow the tour leader’s instructions!
