The Bauernherbst festival was first held in Obertrum am See over 30 years ago. Whether young or old, people still love to dress up in dirndls and lederhosen to attend the convivial events. The Obertrum Market Festival, the Car-Free Day around the Obertrumer See and the Trum Hop Harvest Festival are fixed dates in the calendar.

During the Farmers’ Autumn Festival & Car-Free Day, the streets around the Obertrumer See are closed to motorised traffic and are reserved for pedestrians, cyclists and horse-drawn carriages on that day.
