Why local marketing?
Municipalities in rural areas face the challenge of keeping purchasing power and customers in the town and counteracting vacancies in the town centre. The Mattsee local marketing working group was founded to revitalise and strengthen Mattsee in the long term.
What tasks have we set ourselves?
- Strengthening and revitalising the town centre
- Improve communication and cooperation between businesses, tourism association and municipality
- Vacancy management: attracting and supporting new businesses and thus creating jobs
- Support for events to revitalise the town
- Retaining purchasing power in the town and promoting customer loyalty
- Introduction of the local currency "Mattsee Zehner" (Further information here)
Our goal: We want to position Mattsee in an unmistakable way and further strengthen the attractiveness of the location economically through a clear focus.
