Colourful deciduous forests in the picturesque hilly landscape amidst the lakes and along the tranquil lakeshores invite you to enjoy relaxing cycling or hiking tours. The Harvest Festival programme is dominated by traditional crafts - whether it's herb experts, ball millers or blacksmiths - they share their traditional knowledge with interested visitors. In the Harvest Festival towns of Obertrum am See, Seeham, Neumarkt am Wallersee, Straßwalchen and Elixhausen, traditional autumn festivals with music and regional delicacies are simply a must. Pleasure and sports cyclists can look forward to a total of 600 kilometres of well-developed cycle paths that lead over hills with magnificent views, through sparse forests and along unspoilt shorelines. Whether it's a tour into the blue or one of the 16 mapped-out bike tours - there are seven hire and service stations and around 20 e-bike charging stations to suit every need. The Seenland is ideal for rallies.

Seeham Friday in particular offers an extraordinary wealth of joie de vivre and rural craftsmanship, making it memorable for all the senses. Every Friday, a different craft business opens its doors to visitors: it's hot in Monika Kaiser's natural smithy and in the Celtic smithy at Schiessentobel in Seeham. The Three Lakes Gallery shows Paintings made from clay and natural pigments by Brigitta Kaiser and creativity with 40,000 wooden sticks is awakened at Aicherbauer Hans.
