Summer open-air cinemas under the stars

Lean back in a deckchair, put your legs up, snack on popcorn and enjoy the balmy summer breeze while watching an exciting film... the perfect way to end the summer evening in comfort.

The Open-Air Cinemas in Seekirchen are among the highlights during the summer months, and that's why cool summer cinemas attract numerous visitors outdoors. Every 2nd Tuesday in July and August, the lido or the town square in Seekirchen becomes a meeting place for film lovers & night owls.

So grab a cosy blanket, something to snack on, friends and family and have a nice evening at the cinema in a unique atmosphere. From 7:30 pm you can use domestic Food trucks and regional delicacies enjoy.

The tourism association again has a varied cinema programme ready in 2024 (info on the films will follow in spring).

At all cinemas the Tickets can be purchased in advance online at Oeticket Light (plus fees) and at the Seekirchen Tourist Office. Remaining tickets are available at the box office!

There are only a limited number of deckchairs on site. We recommend bringing your own camping chairs and warm (picnic) blankets. In case of bad weather, the open-air cinemas will be cancelled.
