Following two cancellations due to the weather Let’s give it one last go and we’re particularly delighted to be organising this new event „together“ with the Seekirchen Town Band…
As there are no further alternative dates available for the open-air summer cinema, we at TVB Seekirchen, in consultation with and with the approval of the Seekirchen Town Band, have decided to hold both events at the same time. 🎺
Together, we would like to show that Seekirchen can easily cope with two events on the same day – at two different venues. Because Seekirchen is brilliant and offers space for a variety of events that can enrich one another. ❤️
As a small gesture of solidarity and support, we would like to Seekirchen Town Band support those who are currently campaigning for a new traditional costume collects. 🎺
🎟️ We donate €2 from every cinema ticket sold to the Seekirchen Town Band.
This is how we connect Cinema, music and community… and at the same time make a small contribution towards our town band’s new uniforms.
Now it’s time to keep our fingers crossed for glorious weather and enjoy a lovely summer’s evening together at the Stadtmusik summer concert or the open-air summer cinema in Seekirchen! ☀️🎬🎺

Lean back, nibble on popcorn and enjoy an exciting film in the balmy summer breeze - that's what a perfect summer evening with friends and family feels like. The Seekirchen Tourist Board is also organising the following open-air cinemas this summer 2026:

Film: Glennkill: A sheep thriller
Age rating: 6 years and over
Duration: 105 minutes

Only in good weather!
Place: Seekirchen lido, right next to the lakeside terrace
Catering: Seecafé Glashaus and vinotheque Mr U's Joy of Wine
Prices „Ticket with deckchair“: Available deckchairs will be reserved for you on site (contingent 100):
Adults (from 13 years): € 12,-
Children (6-12 yrs.): € 8,-
Ticket only„ prices: Please do NOT forget to bring your own seating.
Adults (from 13 years): € 9,-
Children (6-12 yrs.): € 5,-
Tickets: online at Eventim Light (plus fees) or at the Seekirchen tourist office. Remaining tickets at the box office.
General reductions:
- With the Seenland Card there is a € 2 discount for adults and a € 1 discount for children.
- People with disabilities pay the children's price (on presentation of ID)
If a cinema takes place on the alternative date, tickets already purchased will not be refunded. If the alternative date also does not materialise, the ticket prices will be refunded.
Technical equipment is provided by The Salzburg cinema.
Note: Warm blankets & Mosquito spray are recommended!
