Barefoot path
Seekirchen am Wallersee

Next to the Seeburg, a small, varied walk for the whole family is waiting to be discovered and "felt".

This short hike awakens curiosity. Take off your shoes and socks: Discovering nature is even more fun with bare feet. A wide variety of materials such as stones, mulch, leaf soil, fine sand, etc. are waiting around the Seeburg to be felt with the senses.

Walking barefoot is not only a sensual pleasure, but also good for your health. Besides, children can let off steam at the children's playground and the Kneipp pool provides cool moments. The Kneipp facility with a treading pool and two arm pools is located in the lower area of the Seeburg. www.seekirchen.kneippbund.at

One of the 14 herb gardens of the Seenlandes is also located here!

In addition, the meadows around the Seeburg are lush and very rich in species, so that they attract numerous bees, butterflies and beetles. This biodiversity of flowers and pollinators is also promoted by mowing and fertilising the meadows only twice a year.
